B. Sc. In Mechanical Engineering with 10 years experience in the maintenance of Rotating equipments such as Pumps, Compressors, Steam Turbines, Gas Turbines etc. in Refinery or Petrochemical Industry, out of which at least 5 years should be in Predictive Maintenance field.
Conversant with the Software programs used in conjunction with the Vibration data collectors.
The candidate should be computer literate and should be able to work on the basic Office software to update the databases, produce reports and to do analysis of various parameters using the available programs.

Job Requirements
10 years experience with rotating equipment & conditioning monitoring.
Should have good experience in carrying out vibration analysis, site balancing and Phase analysis using standard Vibration analyzer / Data collector. Experience with SKF microlog / Aptitude & Bently-nevada’s system 1 would be preferred.
Ability to carry out advanced analysis using Dual Channel analyzers, Lube oil Analyzers, Ultrasound systems & Thermography etc. would be an added advantage.
Should have good experience in Online vibration diagnosis – Steady state & Transient analysis.
It is mandatory that the candidate has in depth knowledge in the maintenance of the Rotating equipment used in the Refinery.
He should have experience in carrying out troubleshooting, Root causes Failure analysis, and performance testing of various Rotating equipment and associated components.
Should have Experience of RCM analysis, implementation & monitoring. Exposure to any RCM software like meridium, Ivara would be an added advantage
Should have experience in Failure tracking, identifying bad-actors & failure Prevention, developing & monitoring Reliability KPIs.
He should have proven capability to undertake major overhauling work on Pumps, Compressors (Recips. & Centrifugal), Steam Turbines, Gas Turbines, Diaphragm compressors and Pumps etc.
