A typical recruiters finder’s fee is 15% of annual salary. HSEE recently recruited a safety engineer for a client in Perth Australia. The salary was £80,000 per year.
 
The typical normal placement fee would be £ 12,000. The fee Charged by HSEE was just £3000. That’s as saving of £9,000 one placement.
 
Another EPC contractor in Singapore hired a Project Manager on a package of £180,000. The HSEE fee for introducing this candidate was £3000.
 
This is less than 1% of the salary. A saving of £ 24,000.
